  • Business type comparison, Advantages and disadvantages of business types
  • Learn about Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065 and schedules
  • Basis in Partnership and S corporation

  • Business P &L, Income
    • Income and Loss in business
    • Capital Gain and Capital loss
    • Small Business income and expenses
    • Foreign Investors
    • Salaries and Contractors
    • Repairs and Improvement
    • Home office, Tax home, Travel Expense, Meal and Entertainment percentages
    • Depreciation, Amortization, Depletion

We will conclude by focusing on Accounting Methods and review of Florida Corporations and payroll tax reporting.
